Camping on fairgrounds available at $15 a day (payable to the Miami Co.
Historical Soc.) includes electricity, showers and toilets. Free firewood is available. Amount enclosed: $_____________
Vehicles will only be allowed
in the festival area for set-up between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m.
on Thursday and 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Tear-down is on Sunday AFTER 5:00 P.M. No exceptions!!! No early tear-downs!!! Vehicles will not be permitted on show ground
during public hours! All vehicles must be out of the show area by 8:15 a.m. on Saturday!!! The Miami County Historical Society reserves the right to refund fees and request
removal of booths or products not meeting the standards of the festival. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ALLOWED FOR RIDERS!!!

and agree to save harmless the Miami County Historical Society, Inc., landowners, and the personnel of said society, as well
as the Kendall Hattery family, the Russel Bellar family, the Josephine E. Place family, the James Mull family and or Rails
to Trails, Inc. from liability for injury, damage or loss of property in connection with the event. The undersigned parent,
