All outdoor spaces on grass
or concrete are approximately 15 feet square; fees are $40 for two days. Applications should be returned by August 10, 2007. Booth fees are increased $10 for applications postmarked
after August 10, 2007. Please return your application
with your fee as early as possible. Booth spaces will be assigned in the order we receive your applications. No refunds allowed
after August 15, 2007. Camping on the fairgrounds is available at $15 a day, payable to the Miami
co Historical soc.; includes electricity, showers and toilets. Free firewood is available.
Vehicles and trailers will only be allowed in the tractor area for set-up between (call for Thursday set up time)
7:00 to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and take down AFTER 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. No vehicles or trailers are allowed in the craft or living history area during show
hours. The Miami County Historical Society reserves the right to refund fees and request removal of booths or products not meeting
the standards of the festival.
