Describe your booth - what
you will be selling NO FLEA MARKET ITEMS, PLEASE(use the back of this
form, if necessary). First Time applicants must include a photograph of your display.
Booth and sale items must be approved in advance by the Historical Society. You are encouraged to dress in period costume
All spaces are 10 X 10 foot
square. Fees are $45 for two days. A limited number of indoor booths are available with electricity; fees are $65.
Please return your application with your fee as early as possible. Booth spaces will be assigned in the order we receive your
applications. No refunds allowed after August 15, 2007. Camping on the fairgrounds available
at $15 a day, payable at sign in, on first come first serve, includes electricity, showers and toilets. Free firewood is available.
Please call for Thursday set up time! Take down AFTER on Sunday. No vehicles or trailers
are allowed in the festival area during show hours. The MiamiCounty Historical Society reserves the right to refund fees and request
removal of booths or products not meeting the standards of the festival.
